Who is the course for?
This two-week course is for anyone who wants to learn Spanish as a second or foreign language. It covers the basic aspects of the language, so no previous experience or knowledge is required. Our students will get an entry-level understanding of how the Spanish Language is structured with the following concepts:
In order to start understanding the Spanish Language, we teach modes that are used to explain how to conjugate verbs; thereby helping to understand the message of what is being said and why. There are three types of Modes: Indicativo | Subjuntivo | Imperativo
Understanding the Structure of the language will teach you the building blocks of how to use verbs, how their ending influences the meaning and thus, helping to describe the modes. The three Structures are: Infinitiva | Gerundio | Participio
The weekly lessons consist of 4 hours per day, for a duration of one to two weeks. A total of 20 hours per week. Tuition is one-to-one with your own teacher. You will get the full attention you require in a relaxed environment and build the genuine friendships that will help your confidence grow.
The course is structured over a two-week period, but we understand that some students can only assign one week for learning basic Spanish. Therefore, the one-week option of this course will be trimmed down to maximize what students can realistically achieve in a week of learning.

A Video blog showing week 1 from one of our students
I spent 2 weeks in Leon taking classes at Dariana and having Rolando as my guide of the city in the afternoon and it was wonderful. Could not recommend this school more. There was another student staying in my homestay going to a different school, and the difference between our experiences was incomparable. Dariana was so organized and their materials (which you get to keep and I still use today) were FAR better than what other Spanish schools were using to teaching. 100% recommend!
